About me

As a Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience training for running events and more recently triathlons, I’m passionate about helping others live with strength, intention, and purpose. After losing my mother in 2022, I stepped fully into this work to create meaningful transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally.I offer one-on-one coaching, group training, and online fitness programs that build strength, improve performance, and help you feel more confident in your body. My approach combines functional strength training and breathwork to support both physical power and mental clarity.For athletes, I design performance-focused programs that support proper movement patterns, increase strength, speed, agility, and endurance, and reduce the risk of injury.
