About me

Welcome! I’ve been in the fitness world for over 15 years—playing sports, training for running events, and more recently, triathlons. After losing my mother in 2022, I felt a deep calling to step into a more meaningful career in health and wellness. This path became a way to honor her and, in turn, honor myself by living with intention and purpose.I offer personal training, group training, and athletic training, helping you build strength, improve performance, and feel more at home in your body. I also guide clients through breathwork to create space for peace, healing, and emotional clarity.If you're ready to embark on a journey of transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally—I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

As a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Youth Fitness Coach, I specialize in training both men and women to move and perform like athletes. My training philosophy blends functional bodybuilding with athletic training, offering the best of both worlds. Whether you're looking to build muscle, enhance performance, or improve overall mobility and endurance, I provide a holistic approach that supports your goals, helping you become stronger, more capable, and injury-resistant.In addition to strength training, I’m certified in nutrition, allowing me to create personalized meal plans for all of my clients. I believe that nutrition is a key component of performance, recovery, and overall well-being. By integrating training with proper fueling, my clients see results faster and sustain progress longer.From explosive athletic workouts to the benefits of functional bodybuilding, I work with clients at all fitness levels to unlock their full potential. My goal is to guide you toward achieving a balanced, healthy, and strong body that works efficiently in the gym and in real-life situations.

All prices are subject to HST.For the best results, it's recommended to train 3 times per week to see a transformation.

Certified Holistic Breathwork CoachI am a Certified Holistic Breathwork Coach through the Holistic Breathwork Academy and a registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance. My practice is deeply rooted in the Vedic traditions of breathwork, offering a transformative approach to healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.Breath is life, and through intentional breathing techniques, we can release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and reconnect with our innermost selves.
