Fitness has been a big part of my life for over ten years, from playing sports to training for running events, and more recently, triathlon competitions. After losing my mother in November of 2022, I decided to follow my true calling and pursue a meaningful career in wellness through fitness and breath work.As a Holistic Personal Trainer specializing in Functional Bodybuilding and Breath Work.I believe true well-being comes from aligning the mind, body, and spirit. In my personal training, I specialize in functional bodybuilding, an approach that blends traditional strength training with functional movements to not only build muscle but also improve how you move and perform in daily life. This method goes beyond just aesthetics—it’s about creating a balanced, strong, and capable body that works efficiently in real-world situations.Functional bodybuilding focuses on exercises that enhance mobility, stability, and strength across multiple muscle groups, making your workouts both challenging and practical. You’ll gain lean muscle mass while also improving flexibility, coordination, and injury prevention. Whether your goal is to increase overall strength, boost your endurance, or improve your daily performance, functional bodybuilding offers a well-rounded solution that supports long-term progress and a healthier, more resilient body.Key aspects of functional bodybuilding include:Strength: Building muscle through compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses.

Breath Work Group Classes
$35 per person

Private Breathwork Sessions
1-on-1 Session: $85 for a 1-hour session.
2-on-1 Session: Split the cost with a partner and pay only $42.50 each.
3-on-1 Session: Share the experience with two friends and reduce your cost even further—only $28.33 per person.
